All plans are the copyright of the Builder and no part of any plans can be used, distributed or reproduced by any means without the written permission of the Builder.

All images (including Facades) are for illustrative purposes only and may depict items that are not included in the home and/or package pricing and/or not offered by the Builder (Unity Homes).

Additional design and/or alternate materials and/or colours may be required to meet Development specific Covenant requirements. Facade shown may be optional depending on level of Inclusion selected. Facade selection may alter Floor Plan layout.

Changes to Floor Plans and other aspects of the design maybe required to meet Accessibility requirements.

Window sizes, type and/or location, Framing Timber sizes as well as any external finishes may subject to Acoustic, Bushfire and/or Energy Efficiency requirements.

The Builder reserves the right to amend errors and omissions or withdraw design and/or package at it’s discretion.

1. Starting from pricing based on CASA Inclusions and is subject to a Site Assessment to determine Site Specific requirements of your land. Site Specific costs will apply and will be an additional cost. Foundation Design for "A", "S" and "M" Sites included.
