The Purchaser must provide a finance preapproval for an amount that covers the house + land package price within fourteen (14) days of Deposit payment. If finance preapproval is not provided within this timeframe the package will be released back on to the market and the Deposit will be refunded
Three months before expected completion the Purchaser must sign a Build Contract with the Builder and obtain unconditional finance approval and be prepared to settle at completion of the home. Once the Build Contract is signed the $5,000 Initial Deposit is no longer refundable (after cooling off period).
These homes are offered with predetermined colour schemes and finishes with changes not permitted. Colour information can be provided.

The Purchaser will then be required to pay balance of land deposit (if applicable) and enter into land and build contracts and obtain unconditional finance approval.
